These two tied the knot last Saturday.
James and I were lucky enough to be invited to see this adorable couple be sealed...
and then to a fabulous party afterward.
You may remember this photo from yesterday
After the ceremony we headed downtown to the Fashion Show mall.
My favorite mall of all time.
I was having a bit of a rough day so my husband was nice enough to take me to the Nordstrom Cafe.
If you've never been to the Nordie's cafe in Vegas
Run.
Don't walk.
It will fix all your problems.
Oh and...
you can get what feels like a fancy pants meal for Cafe Rio prices!
On our way we were walking through Saks Fifth Avenue
And guess who we ran into?
You betcha...
Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
I have been wanting to sit on his lap and ask for world peace all year.
But James always told me the line was too long.
As luck would have it...
No line at Saks...
AND a FREE photo.
No joke.
Apparently all the Saks shoppers are too stuffy to sit on Santa's lap.
But not me!
Oh no not me.
And not even James!
He was so into it!
Mr. and Mrs. Claus were fabulous and magical.
James and I are Santa and Mrs. Claus in training.
(You think I am kidding...
I am DEAD serious.)
Even though I have never bought anything from Saks
(and probably never will)
I am madly in love with the store.
It just screams class!
After our delish lunch and checking out the flash and glam of the fancy pants stores
We took our newly married budgets elsewhere and did shopping.
I must admit my Mom taught me well.
While I absolutely LOVE checking out the flash and glam
I love even more finding a good Christmas steal!
I'll never forget a sad moment in Karly history.
I picked up a
There is nothing more exhilarating than finding something that looks like it came from flash and glam
but actually came from the D.I.
I can't believe what I have been able to find at thrift stores these days.
Anyone with me?
Of course the Welte's had the place looking fabulous with beautiful trees,
feathers,
flowers,
and the whole bit.
The beautiful bridesmaids.
Elise and Dustin call.
Aren't they just darling?
James and I had so much fun dancing our little hearts away.
I must admit.
My husband is quite the little dancer.
Who would have guessed?
Kelsey and Austin left the party with a surprise party bus.
Poles and all.
True Vegas style!
We are so happy for Kelsey and Austin to join the married club.

As my friend Nicole said the other day,
