to Charlotte, North Carolina!
While we are sad to leave our life (and mostly friends) behind here in Newport Beach
- we are thrilled about our new adventure.
James has accepted a new job and I couldn't be more proud of him.
It's going to be a quick move - especially with a newborn.
The whirlwind of the last few weeks is only going to continue
but we are more than up for it.

I don't know a soul in the "Queen City," so any leads from you Carolinian's would be greatly appreciated.
Here's to southern belles, fried chicken, civil war history, southern accents, lush green trees
and hopefully a whole lot of southern hospitality.

Charlotte is such a great city, you'll love it. I was born in Winston-Salem so North Carolina will always have a piece of my heart. And, I know of a great restaurant you can try!
Congrats to you guys! Charlotte will be a big change from California, but it is lovely there.
sooo exciting! although I am a little sad too that you wont be in So Cal with me. My old roommate--Heather Shumway (now Sandall) lives in Charlotte! James was pretty good friends with her too while living at Lanai. They just had a baby girl last winter, you guys can be best friends!!!
